What’s Included in Every Closing
Every Pools Today closing includes:
- Inspect equipment
- Remove plugs & baskets from equipment
- Remove filter cartridges
- Net large debris
- Blow out plumbing lines to remove water
- Install plugs in return jets & skimmer
- Add winterizing chemicals
- Add antifreeze to accessible areas as needed
- Install winter cover if applicable
Antifreeze is included with every closing at no additional charge.

Premium Closing
Everything in the Standard Closing, plus a service visit before we winterize to get your pool clean and your water chemistry right.
The pre-closing service includes:
- Vacuuming
- Surface skimming
- Brushing
- Waterline scrubbing
- Patio blow-off
- Water chemistry testing
- Water chemistry adjustment (chemicals included)
Please note: this is a touch-up service to prepare your pool and water chemistry for winterization — it is not a green-to-clean service. A pool that’s clean and properly balanced going into winter comes through the season in better condition and opens far more easily in the spring.
Pricing
Closing prices are based on your service area. Enter your address on the request form and your price is calculated automatically — no phone call needed. Base pricing assumes an auto cover; if we’re installing a winter cover for you, a small installation charge applies.
Optional Add-On Services
Make your closing count with services that protect your equipment through the winter:
- Inground Spa Closing — close your spa along with your pool
- Water Feature Winterizing — slides, waterfalls, deck jets, and bubblers
- Water Tube Filling — we fill your existing tubes to secure a tarp cover
- Mid-Winter Shock — a treatment visit to keep water chemistry in check
- Salt Cell Cleaning — end-of-season cleaning to extend cell life
- Pool Vacuuming — a clean pool closes better and opens easier
- Auto Cover Service — annual tune-up, cleaning, or both
- Sand Change — recommended every 2 years (changes over 350 lbs quoted on site)
- Filter Cartridge Cleaning — single or multiple cartridges, cleaned on site
All add-ons can be selected right on the request form with pricing shown up front.
