Everything in Standard Opening PLUS: Return 1-2 days after initial opening for vacuum, Brush/sponge clean waterline, Balance chemicals. Pool may still need additional services depending on condition.

Pool Opening Agreement

Please read carefully before submitting your request.

• Cover Preparation: Pool owner is responsible for ALL water & debris removal from the cover BEFORE WE ARRIVE. If not met, we may reschedule your opening. A $50 trip fee will be assessed.
• Vacuuming: Pool vacuuming is NOT included in Standard opening services. (Vacuuming IS included with Jump Start Opening.)
• Water Level: In-ground pools require sufficient water to start equipment. Please have the pool filled to operating level prior to our arrival. If water is insufficient, our team will prepare equipment and the homeowner is responsible for turning it on once filled. We can return for an additional service charge.
• Access: Pool deck, cover, and equipment areas must be completely accessible, clean, and clear of debris.
• Accessories: ALL ladders, handrails, cover bags, and accessories MUST BE AT POOLSIDE before we arrive. Items must be pulled out of sheds/storage and visible at poolside. Items not accessible will be skipped. An additional trip charge applies if we need to return.
• Additional Work: Any repairs or equipment replacement will be done at additional cost and may require a post-opening service call.
• Cancellation Policy: Schedule changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Jump Start Opening Note: Includes a return visit 1-2 days after initial opening for vacuum, waterline cleaning, and chemical balance. Your pool may still need additional services depending on its condition.
